Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Club House, Abu Dhabi

Job Description: We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our 24-hour casual fine dining restaurant, Club House, in Abu Dhabi, which exclusively serves our villa guests. This position is preferably for female candidates who speak Russian, but male candidates are also welcome to apply. Having experience in fine dining restaurants and knowledge of wine and champagne is a preference but not a requirement. The Club House, located in the heart of the villas, has 9 tables with a 50 pax capacity. The selected candidate will lead a service team of 15 members, ensuring the continuity of service excellence.

Requirements:

• Preferably female candidate
• Proficiency in English and Russian
• Experience in fine dining restaurants (preferred)
• Knowledge of wine and champagne (preferred)

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic salary: 5500 AED
• Language bonus: 250 AED
• Service charge
• Commission on extra sales
